The Nevada Deferred Compensation Committee is funded from a portion of the Plan’s investment fees which are paid by Participants. The Nevada Deferred Compensation Committee does not receive funds from the State General Fund.

The Nevada Deferred Compensation Program (NDC) is a voluntary retirement savings program for employees of the State of Nevada and other local government employers. The program is designed to supplement your other retirement savings and pensions. Contributions are made pretax through payroll deductions and investment earnings are tax-deferred.

Click here to watch a 20 minute seminar regarding potential upcoming changes in NDC and information on capital preservation options, such as the Hartford General Account and the ING Stable Value fund.
